Candace Fleming
Candace M.
Fleming, Kickapoo-Oneida-Cherokee, PhD, is Director of
Training in the Centers for American Indian and Alaska Native
Health, Colorado
School of Public Health. She is also
an associate professor in the Department of Community and Behavioral
Health in the
Colorado School of Public Health. Her areas of research
include the assessment, treatment, and prevention of
mental health and substance abuse; issues in American
Indian and Alaska Native populations; and the
development of behavioral health systems for Native
children.
